Job description for SOCIAL EXECUTIVE at Ma Chérie

SOCIAL EXECUTIVE:
⁃ Xây dựng và hoạch định các chiến lược marketing của thương hiệu cùng BMA và Leader Board đảm bảo mục tiêu định vị thương hiệu, tăng nhận diện thương hiệu.
- Chịu trách nhiệm hình ảnh/ Lập kế hoạch và cung cấp nội dung sáng tạo của thương hiệu trên tất cả các nền tảng social, (Facebook / Instagram / Tiktok / Website /…)
- Lên ý tưởng và bắt đầu các chiến dịch truyền thông xã hội và thông qua làm việc với các team và phòng ban khác: Digital / PR /  Media / Sales.
⁃ Đo lường và báo cáo hiệu quả Social Branding.
⁃ Liên hệ và làm việc với các KOLs, Influencers nhằm tăng khả năng tương tác, nhận diện thương hiệuQuan hệ đối tác phục phụ hoạt động sáng tạo nội dung. (KOLs / Guest Speaker / Influencer…)
- Nghiên cứu thị trường, cập nhật xu thế thời trang, các hoạt động, chiến dịch social nổi bật
Yêu cầu & Quyền lợi
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự
- Thu nhập tương xứng với năng lực: Senior: $1000 - $1500, Junior: $400 - $700
- Được được đào tạo để phát triển và nâng tầm giá trị bản thân: cơ hội phát triển lên Quản lý sau 1-2 năm (tăng lương rõ ràng: định kỳ 6 tháng/lần)
- Thưởng KPIs, lễ Tết, sinh nhật,...
- Sống trọn vẹn tuổi trẻ với lý tưởng đam mê và cống hiến.
- Được làm việc trong môi trường thời trang chuyên nghiệp trong phân khúc luxury local brand: trẻ trung, đam mê, năng lượng và nhiệt huyết.
- Được tiếp xúc, gây dựng các mối quan hệ trong lĩnh vực thời trang với các KOLs, Founder và phòng ban PR của các brand trong ngành Beauty & Fashion.
- Lương tháng 13 sau 1 năm gắn bó
