About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic Barista / Smoothirista / Matcharista to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding experience to every customer.

Responsibilities

Drink Preparation: Prepare protein smoothies, specialty coffee, matcha drinks, and other menu items according to KITCH recipes and quality standards.

Product Quality: Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portion sizes, and preparation techniques.

Customer Experience: Welcome customers, explain menu items, recommend products, and provide friendly, efficient service.

Daily Operations: Handle opening and closing duties, workstation setup, and daily cleaning procedures.

Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and personal hygiene.

Stock & Inventory: Monitor ingredient levels, rotate stock, minimize waste, and report low inventory.

Teamwork: Work closely with the team to maintain smooth operations during busy periods.

Brand Standards: Represent KITCH’s identity through professionalism, positive energy, and attention to detail.

Requirements

Previous experience as a barista, smoothie maker, matcha preparer, or in a similar F&B role is preferred.

A genuine interest in coffee, matcha, smoothies, nutrition, and wellness.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately.

Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, organized, and proactive.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
