Job description :
- Primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive daily and weekly field evaluations.
- Handle administrative matters with building management.
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand material specifications.
- Create comprehensive project timelines using S-Curves
- Prepare CAD drawings based on site surveys.
- Provide solutions to on-site issues
- Willing to work outside the city when required.
Qualification :
- Minimum Diploma (D3); Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in construction, especially interior projects.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills; proactive, assertive, and independent personality.
- Possession of SIM A and SIM C driving licenses is an advantage.
