About the Role
As a Site Supervisor at PT. Alex Villas Furniture, this position serves as the spearhead for on-site construction, interior, and furniture manufacturing projects. This role demands a leader with a strong presence ("the boots on the ground") to ensure all daily operations run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with the company’s high-quality standards. This position acts as the primary communication bridge between internal management, external stakeholders, and on-site specialists to transform design visions into reality.
Core Responsibilities
- Daily Operational Management: Take full accountability for all daily on-site activities from the start to the end of the work shift.
- Logistics & Material Control: Manage the receipt, quality inspection, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Technical Supervision: Ensure that all craftsmanship (civil, interior, and MEP) aligns with shop drawings and established quality standards.
- Site Readiness & Maintenance: Maintain the site in a conducive, clean, and organized state, ensuring it is ready for subsequent work phases.
- Progress Reporting: Compile and deliver accurate daily and weekly reports regarding work results, site constraints, and milestone achievements.
Supporting Responsibilities
- Act as an effective intermediary to coordinate between internal teams and external parties.
- Direct on-site workers, accommodate field requirements, and report needs for additional materials or tools.
- Supervise the implementation of construction safety regulations (K3) to guarantee a secure work environment with minimal risk.
- Identify technical issues early and provide practical solutions to keep the project on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, structural plans, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) diagrams.
- Solid understanding of building codes, construction tools/equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to nurture effective professional relationships; being firm yet supportive in leading field teams.
- Disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and resilient in a dynamic field environment.
