Job description for Site Supervisor at Bali Staff Solutions

A Construction Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Site Supervisor (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
Manage site operations including material handling, equipment usage and workforce coordination
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of construction quality
Lead and mentor site teams, including subcontractors and laborers
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site
Conduct safety briefings and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers.

Requirements:

Basic written and verbal communication in English
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Proven track record of overseeing at least 3 structural building projects including steel profile and reinforced concrete structures
In-depth understanding of above-ground and underground structural work processes
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction
Physically fit and in good health
