Job Description:
- Supervise daily construction activities on site
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers on site
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
- Report daily progress and site conditions to management
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with site regulations
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor
- Strong leadership and on-site coordination skills
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Preferably domiciled in Bali or surrounding areas
- Placement in Kuta–Seminyak project area
