Job description for Site Supervisor at Apex Sports Village

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities during the pre-opening phase of our Sports Village development. This role is responsible for ensuring that all site operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate and monitor contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to maintain productivity and quality.
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with company standards, building regulations, and safety requirements.
- Review construction drawings and identify potential issues before execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Consultants to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available to support project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and conduct toolbox meetings.
- Identify project risks, delays, or construction conflicts and recommend corrective actions.
- Verify completed work before handover to the next construction phase.
- Maintain proper documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, and progress records.
- Support the successful completion and handover of the project in preparation for operational opening.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes, construction regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar software is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
- Willing to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.
- Based in Bali.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supervising hospitality, commercial, sports facilities, mixed-use developments, or large-scale construction projects.
- Experience coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works is highly preferred.
- Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), First Aid, or Construction Safety is a plus
