We are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.
Position: Project Site Supervisor
Location: Bali
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; or a Diploma (D3) in a related field with equivalent site experience.
- Minimum 3 years of on-site experience, Residential or villa construction experience in Bali is highly preferred..
- Able to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, tools, equipment, and site safety (K3) procedures.
- Able to plan and manage site activities according to project schedules.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel; experience with BOQ and cost estimation is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Currently based in Bali and available to join immediately or on short notice.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, including workers, subcontractors, and vendors, to keep progress on schedule.
- Review and interpret construction drawings to ensure all work complies with design specifications.
- Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality standards are met, and follow up on corrections and defects.
- Enforce site safety (K3) regulations and company standards, and keep the site clean and organized.
- Coordinate material planning, check incoming deliveries, and make sure materials are available on time.
- Identify site issues and propose practical solutions to improve construction methods and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports and progress updates, with photo documentation.
- Guide and give feedback to workers and foremen to improve productivity.
- Report to the Site Manager and Chief Supervisor, and coordinate closely with the Site Coordinator to ensure smooth project execution, including on design changes or variations.
- Support inspections, handover, and the snaglist (defect list) at project completion.
