Job description for Site Supervisor at Bali Home Builder
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of on-site construction experience (experience in residential or villa construction is preferred).
- Able to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, equipment, and site procedures.
- Able to plan, coordinate, and manage site activities according to project schedules.
- Experience in cost estimation and preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) is an advantage.
- Passionate, hardworking, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (SAP proficiency is an advantage).
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise daily construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and company standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of on-site personnel, including workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review and interpret construction drawings to ensure all work complies with design specifications.
- Identify site issues and recommend practical solutions to improve construction methods and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports, and coordinate material planning and availability.
- Evaluate worker performance and provide guidance and feedback to improve productivity.
- Coordinate closely with the Site Architect and Site Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
