Job description for Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator at PT. MUEM GROUP IND
MUEM GROUP IND is a PT PMA Real Estate company focused on high-quality townhouse and residential developments in Bali. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator to oversee ongoing construction projects in Uluwatu area, ensure quality control, and coordinate between all stakeholders involved in the execution phase.
This is a Full-time role primarily focused on site visits, technical coordination, and project follow-up, rather than design. The ideal candidate has strong on-site experience, understands construction details, and can work closely with architects, contractors, and supervisors to ensure projects are executed correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report construction issues, inconsistencies, or missing details
- Review and correct project documentation (PDF drawings and details) when needed
- Coordinate with internal team members and project leads, to align on decisions
- Act as the main point of contact on-site between designers, contractors, and supervisors
- Ensure that execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Provide technical input and practical solutions based on site conditions
- Track and follow up on pending tasks, corrections, and contractor performance
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience on construction sites
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience working on residential or villa projects
- Background in Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar field (Pengawas Lapangan)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and detailing practices in Bali
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
