REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering,
• Minimum experience of 1-3 years (preferred); fresh graduates are also welcome,
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Rendering Software,
• Fluent in English, detail-oriented, creative, communicative, and a problem-solver;
• Has good teamwork, time management, and copes well under pressure.
The Ocean Views Luxury Villas & Apartment is a subsidiary of our parent company, Bali1Stop Ltd., which specializes in real estate development with a concentration on resort accommodations such as villas and apartments in Bali, Indonesia.
Bali1Stop Ltd. itself is a company that seeks to create one-stop assistance for the ever-growing number of foreigners who visit Bali. Its vision and mission, respectively, are to become Bali's leading one-stop business destination worldwide, focusing on tourism and offering foreigners the utmost hospitality service during their stay in Bali, whether short-term or long-term.
This business is divided into three primary divisions: property, immigration, and investment. From 2003 to 2011, Bali1Stop had substantial growth in its Property division, resulting in the establishment of "The Ocean Views Luxury Villas & Apartment" project in 2011, along with its first villa development.
The Ocean Views Luxury Villas & Apartment Project Plan consists of 17 villa units and 4 apartment towers.
