Job description for SITE MANAGER at PT. TRIPPER NATURE
PLACEMENT: Kepulauan Selayar, Sulawesi Selatan
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degreee in Industrial or Machine Engineering, Food Technology or a related field
- Proven experience at least 5 years in Production Department at food industry or a related field
- Have knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO, 2200, FSSC 22000, Halal, Organic and food proccesing
- Knowledge of ERP systems and production management software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food processing, safety, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budget management and cost control
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Have good communication skill
- Have good English (writing & speaking)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage overall business activities at our site in Kepulauan Selayar
- Build and lead a high-performing and solid team, and set clear goals and provide guidance to achieve company targets
- Implement and maintain strict quality procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards
- Develop and manage the company's site budget, and control operating costs while still maximizing productivity and profitability
- Cross-functional collaboration with all departments for the smooth running of business activities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards set by the company, especially related to food safety
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess or obsolete stock
- Actively involved in planning business activities, include regulation and policy. Also, actively involved of problem solving
- Monthly report all business activities that occur at the site to the Board of Directors and related parties
