What You’ll Do
- Build and execute detailed project schedules and operational plans.
- Direct day-to-day operations for on-site subcontractors and teams.
- Uphold strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Track project milestones and resolve potential delays or bottlenecks proactively.
- Keep clients and senior leadership informed through clear, routine progress updates.
- Partner with design and engineering experts to solve technical challenges on-site.
- Maintain organized, accurate documentation and project records throughout the build.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering is mandatory
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or other relevant fields.
* Strong grasp of modern construction methodologies, material specifications, and site safety protocols.
* Proven track record in project execution and critical problem-solving.
* Clear communication skills to collaborate smoothly with clients, team members, and trade partners.
* Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD, SketchUp, project management software, and construction tech tools.
* Calm under pressure with a strong focus on meeting tight project deadlines
* Willing to be assigned as needed for the project
