About the Role
As a Site Manager at PT. Alex Villas Furniture, will hold full responsibility as the leader and primary decision maker on-site for construction, interior, and furniture manufacturing projects. This position demands high strategic leadership capabilities to manage all resources including leading the field teamsto ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to the company’s quality standards. This role serves as the key bridge connecting internal management, external stakeholders, and the entire site team.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to direct the field team and ensure progress aligns with the master plan.
- Monitor budgets, optimize cost efficiency, handle change orders, and minimize material waste.
- Develop weekly/monthly timelines and synchronize material and equipment procurement with construction schedules.
- Identify potential project risks early and make strategic decisions to resolve issues effectively.
- Establish and oversee final project deliverables to ensure strict alignment with planned designs.
Supporting Responsibilities
- Act as an effective liaison to coordinate seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Review daily reports from Site Supervisors and compile comprehensive periodic progress reports for upper management.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations (K3) across the project site.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Site Manager or in an equivalent managerial role.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong technical knowledge and sound logical reasoning
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Highly disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
