About the role
Lead and manage site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client requirements. This role involves supervising Project Supervisors, site personnel, subcontractors, and field operations across construction projects throughout Indonesia.
Key responsibilities

- Supervise Project Supervisors, site personnel, subcontractors, and field operations
- Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, material planning, and equipment utilization
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or technical issues
- Ensure all waterproofing works comply with approved Method Statements, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly project reports and provide updates to management
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, and productivity to improve operational efficiency
- Resolve site issues, client concerns, and technical challenges promptly and professionally
- Support project handover and ensure all documentation and quality requirements are completed before project close-out
About you
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2 years as a Site Manager or Senior Project Supervisor
- Experience working for a construction subcontractor, preferably in waterproofing, flooring, concrete repair, protective coatings, or finishing works
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, waterproofing systems, and project execution
- Proven experience managing multiple supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams
- Able to prepare project schedules, manpower plans, material planning, and project reports
- Proficient in reading construction drawings, specifications, and BOQ
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Able to manage project quality, safety, cost, and schedule simultaneously
- Willing to travel and be relocated to project sites throughout Indonesia
