Job description for Site Manager at ARM Interior
What you'll do
• Follow up production of your project's items at the workshop: priority, progress, and quality
• Plan and lead installation on site with supervisors, workers, and subcontractors
• Check work against shop drawings and specifications, and resolve site issues quickly
• Coordinate deliveries with Logistics and material requests with Procurement
• Prepare progress reports, punch lists, and handover documents
What you bring
• 3+ years as Site Manager, Site Engineer, or senior supervisor in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction
• Able to read shop drawings and understand furniture and joinery production
• Experience leading workers and subcontractors to tight deadlines
• Comfortable moving between the workshop and project sites
