QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Possess a Competency Certificate (SKK/SKA).
- Proficient in project management, Occupational Health and Safety (HSE), and construction quality control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with a willingness to work on-site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities.
- Ensure that all work complies with construction drawings, project plans, technical specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate work teams, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Monitor project progress, work quality, and occupational health and safety.
- Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports for management.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site.
