Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
- S1 Teknik Sipil (min.), diutamakan latar belakang struktur/geoteknik
- Minimal 10 tahun di kontraktor (bukan di developer atau arsitek) — kandidat di bawah itu tidak akan diproses lebih lanjut
- Dan minimal 5 tahun sebagai Site Manager (bukan Site Engineer/Supervisor) di proyek industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, atau tank terminal
- Dapat berbicara dalam bahasa inggris, minimal conversational
- Diutamakan domisili Jabodetabek
- Bersedia ditempatkan di proyek luar pulau Jawa
- Membaca gambar struktur & levelling (GA drawing, detail rebar, elevasi)
- Perhitungan volume & kebutuhan besi (rebar quantity takeoff)
- Metode kerja piling (driven pile/hammer, bore pile) dan foundation untuk tank/heavy structure
- Dasar QA/QC pekerjaan beton (slump test, cube test, curing)
- Basic scheduling (membaca S-curve/Gantt, memahami konsep critical path)
- HSE awareness level oil & gas (hot work permit, confined space, dsb secara konsep)
- Problem solving lapangan — koordinasi dengan client asing/EPC, handling delay, ketidaksesuaian gambar vs kondisi lapangan
