Job description for SITE MANAGER S/A at PT Total Bangun Persada, Tbk

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering/ Architecture
At least 3 years experience as Site Manager in high rise building projects, data centers and warehouses is a must
Strong leadership and on-site coordination skills
Proven ability to resolve technical issues efficiently
Proficient in English both written and spoken
Possesion of licences/ certificates such as SKK or other relevant certification is highly prioritized
Willing to be assigned to projects throughout Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities :

Managing overall site performance of construction processes, including liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
Overseeing the direction of a construction project and finding solutions to problems that occur
Reviewing building practices to ensure compliance with forecast budgets, health and safety guidelines, and project management procedures
