Job description for Site Manager Project System Pendingin RHVAC at PT Pacific Refuto System

KUALIFIKASI :

1. Pendidikan Min. S1 Teknik Pendingin & Tata Udara, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Sipil, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang relevan

2. Minimal 7 tahun pengalaman di proyek konstruksi industrial, lebih disukai apabila berfokus pada sistem pendingin

3. Minimal 3 tahun sebagai Project Manager

4. Menguasai siklus proyek EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Site)

5. Mampu membaca dan mengevaluasi gambar teknik (AutoCAD, P&ID, Isometric)

6. Memahami komponen dan sistem Chiller, AHU, Unit Cooler, Condensing Unit, Refrigerator Piping, Panel Listrik, dll

7. Terbukti mampu memimpin tim proyek lintas divisi (Engineering, Procurement, Site)

8. Terbiasa bekerja dengan sistem target dan deadline ketat

9. Negosiasi vendor, koordinasi internal dan eksternal (klien, subkontraktor, konsultan)

10. Mampu membuat dan menyajikan laporan proyek secara profesional

11. Memiliki sertifikasi menjadi nilai tambah (PMP, Manajemen Proyek Konstruksi, K3 Umum/Konstruksi)

12. Siap ditempatkan di HO ataupun Site Proyek
