Kami mencari Site Development Staff yang punya pengalaman dan network di dunia mall leasing / property untuk membantu kami menemukan lokasi-lokasi terbaik.

What you'll do:

🏢 Mencari & scouting lokasi potensial di mall

📍 Survey dan analisa traffic, tenant mix & target market

📊 Melakukan feasibility lokasi & proyeksi sales

🤝 Bernegosiasi dengan mall management / landlord

📝 Handle proses LOI hingga lease agreement

🏗️ Koordinasi sampai lokasi siap untuk opening

We’re looking for someone who:

• Berpengalaman di site development / expansion / leasing

• Punya network dengan mall management / property

• Memahami karakteristik lokasi yang potensial untuk F&B

• Strong negotiation & analytical skills

• Berpengalaman di F&B/Retail chain menjadi nilai plus

📍 Location: Jakarta — covering Jabodetabek & expansion cities
