Job description for Site Engineer at PT LENTERA PERMAI OETAMA

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

1. Memeriksa rencana, bisa membaca gambar dan opname.

2. Memastikan bahwa semua bahan yang digunakan dan pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai spek kontrak.

3. Kontrol kualitas sesuai dengan metode prosedur, rencana kualitas dan rencana inspeksi dan pengujian.

4. Bisa koordinasi dengan baik di proyek.

5. Pengelolaan sehari-hari dari site, termasuk mengawasi dan memantau tenaga kerja di site dan pekerjaan subkontraktor.

Kualifikasi :

1. Pengalaman sebagai Site Engineer minimal 3 tahun, dan pernah menangani pembangunan kantor/gedung (PEKERJAAN STRUKTUR & ARSITEKTUR)

2. Gelar S1 Teknik Sipil / arsitektur

3. Pengetahuan mendalam tentang teknik, teknologi, bangunan, konstruksi, dan desain.

4. Bersedia di tempatkan di Lokasi Proyek dan bersedia travelling ke seluruh wilayah di Indonesia.

5. Bisa mengoperasikan : Mic Project - Excel - Autocad

6. Mampu berbahasa inggris secara aktif (IELTS min. 5.00)
