- Creating blueprint for outlet construction
- Overseeing construction process and deal with any unforeseen issue at the site
- Keeping construction timeline and budget
- Ordering, receiving and testing equipments for outlet
- Ensuring MEP installation are according to company's standard
- Provide technical guidance to the entire work team.
- Ensure that all aspects of the scope of work meet the required standards.
- Manage the team on-site at the project location.
- Take responsibility for any issues that arise during the project.
- Submit periodic progress reports.
