Pendidikan minimal Diploma atau Sarjana Teknik Sipil.
Memiliki pengalaman kerja 1–2 tahun sebagai Civil Engineer / Site Engineer (fresh graduate dengan pengalaman magang proyek dipersilakan melamar).
Memahami dasar pekerjaan konstruksi seperti drainase, bangunan sipil, dll.
Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan memahami spesifikasi konstruksi.
Bersedia bekerja di lokasi proyek (site).
