Job description for Site Admin (Site Project: Africa) at Epiterma Mas Indonesia
Jobdesk:
- Monitoring visa validity and handling visa extension applications for crew on site
- Completing administrative requirements for both departing and arriving crew
- Submitting fund requests for site operational needs
- Preparing financial accountability reports for site expenditures
- Creating daily reports and submitting them to the Jakarta office
- Preparing crew timesheets, requesting weekly verification from Jakarta, and obtaining monthly signatures from the Client
- Conducting inventory checks of company assets located at the site
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Administration/ HR Management/ Psychology/ Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Fresh graduate are very welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of both spoken and written English (point plus)
- Have a driver's license (Sim A) (point plus)
- Stationed at Site Project (Zambia Country, Africa) and willing to work at Workshop (Cikarang, West Java) before going to Africa.
