Job description for Site Acquisition Officer at PT Solusi Gadai Pintar
Key Responsibilities
- Site Sourcing & Acquisition: Proactively identify and scout new strategic locations or buildings for Pandai Gadai branches in accordance with company expansion targets.
- Strategic Market Analysis: Analyze demographics, foot traffic, competitor proximity, and local regulations to determine the viability of a potential site.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and building owners. Negotiate lease prices, duration, and terms/conditions to ensure maximum benefit for the company.
- Legal & Documentation: Facilitate the initial administrative process, including checking building permits (IMB/PBG), land certificates, and lease agreements.
- Pre-Opening Support: Coordinate with the project team to ensure the transition from acquisition to branch setup is seamless.
Minimum Requirements:
- Willing and able to work with high mobility, conducting daily field visits.
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking, with the ability to make decisions based on on-site findings and data.
- Good communication skills, target-driven, and able to build strong relationships with property owners.
- min experience 1 year
- Owns a personal motorcycle and holds a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).
- Resides in the JADEBEK area (Jakarta, Depok, Bekasi).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in expansion, site acquisition, or location scouting in retail or loan service sectors.
- Basic understanding of commercial property rental, negotiation, and location feasibility analysis.
- basic understanding in using ArcGIS, QGIS, Avenza, Google MyMaps or geospatial software will be plus
