In this role, you will be part of the Club Operations team. As a Site Acquisition (Location Analyst), you will lead the Location team to find the right location for FIT HUB to expand based on the location profitability analysis.

Responsible for Strategic Planning related to Business and restaurant Development
Negotiate Rental costs and review all Rental-related agreements
Planning & mapping potential areas for the restaurant location
Developing a new region for restaurant expansion
Location feasibility study for restaurant expansion
Responsible for making store strength analysis in advance by seeing the economic growth, population, and competitors
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 3 years of working experience in the same position as a Site Acquisition Lead / Business Development Lead / Location Analyst Lead
Required knowledge: site location, site development, and market planner
Good Analytical Thinking
Great Communication and Presentation Skills
