Job description for Site Acquisition Executive（选址拓展专员） at PASTI TINJU NAGA - LK VAPE

Responsibilities

1. Identify and conduct on-site surveys of potential store locations based on company site selection criteria (foot traffic, competitors, rental price, etc.)

2. Approach and negotiate with property owners/agents on rental prices and contract terms

3. Prepare site survey reports (photos, traffic data, nearby competitors, cost estimates) following company SOP templates

4. Follow through from lease signing to location handover

5. Build a commercial property information network within the assigned area

Requirements

1. 1–3 years of experience in site acquisition / retail BD / property agency / leasing (highly motivated fresh graduates welcome)

2. Own motorbike with SIM C driving license, ready to be on the move daily

3. Strong negotiation and communication skills

4. Familiar with the Greater Jakarta area; property network is a plus

5. Honest, persistent, and results-driven
