Job description for SITAC FTTH at Delapan Unsur Inti Tama

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Survei & Identifikasi Jalur: Melakukan survei lapangan bersama tim teknis untuk memetakan jalur kabel dan menentukan titik penempatan perangkat jaringan.

• Pengurusan Perizinan (Permit): Mengurus seluruh dokumen perizinan resmi ke instansi pemerintah (Dinas PU, Pemda), pengelola kawasan (Developer/Building Management), hingga otoritas lokal (RT/RW/Kelurahan).

• Negosiasi & Akuisisi: Melakukan negosiasi biaya sewa lahan, ruang, atau kompensasi hak lintas (Right of Way / ROW) dengan pemilik properti atau pengelola wilayah.

• Sosialisasi & Hubungan Warga: Menyelenggarakan sosialisasi proyek kepada masyarakat setempat dan menjaga hubungan baik untuk meminimalisir konflik sosial di lapangan.

• Penyelesaian Masalah (Problem Solving): Mengatasi kendala sosial, penolakan warga, atau kendala regulasi yang muncul saat proses konstruksi berjalan.

• Administrasi & Pelaporan: Menyusun, merapikan, dan memperbarui dokumen legalitas izin serta membuat laporan progres akuisisi secara berkala ke Project Manager.

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan:

• Pendidikan minimal SMK semua jurusan

• Pengalaman kerja minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai SITAC di industri telekomunikasi (diutamakan proyek FTTH/Fiber Optic).

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan diplomasi yang kuat dengan berbagai lapisan masyarakat (warga, ormas, pengusaha, hingga pejabat instansi).

• Memiliki jaringan/relasi yang luas dengan instansi pemerintahan daerah terkait atau pengelola kawasan menjadi nilai plus.

• Mampu membaca gambar teknis dasar (jalur kabel/peta) merupakan nilai tambah.

• Bersedia melakukan pekerjaan lapangan (mobile) dan memiliki kendaraan pribadi serta SIM yang aktif (SIM C / SIM A).

• Tangguh, jujur, memiliki integritas tinggi, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan target timeline proyek.
