Karmafree Surf Shop & Cafe is seeking a responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented Retail Assistant / Shopkeeper to support daily operations of our eco-friendly surf shop and healthy food cafe in Uluwatu. The ideal candidate will assist customers, manage retail operations, support cafe service flow, and ensure smooth daily store activities while maintaining excellent customer experience and operational standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cashier and POS system for daily transactions.
- Support retail shop and cafe daily operations.
- Manage stock control and basic inventory checking.
- Coordinate with vendors and receive deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and cafe area.
- Support food and beverage service when needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth operational flow.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, cafe, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Familiar with cashier and POS systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work in a team.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Uluwatu, Bali.
- Positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
