Shopkeeper
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and digital transactions.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
• Ensure a pleasant and smooth shopping experience for all customers.
• Support daily store operations and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a shopkeeper, sales assistant, or retail staff.
• Previous experience in a retail store, supermarket, or similar business is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate in English, at least at a conversational level.
• Friendly, polite, honest, and customer-oriented.
• Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and well-organized.
• Able to operate POS systems and handle cash and digital transactions.
• Good attention to detail and basic administrative skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, quick to learn, and able to solve basic operational problems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Interested in healthy living, organic food, and natural products is an advantage.
