"Drink & Food Preparation
● Prepare protein shakes to order: frozen sachet → blender → canning machine → label → serve
● Operate 2 blenders simultaneously (up to 4 shakes in parallel)
● Prepare fresh protein mini pancakes using the pop cake machine
● Prepare fresh pancake batter at the start of Shift A before opening at 6:00 AM
● Maintain consistent product quality and presentation for every order
Kiosk Operations & Cleanliness
● Open and close the kiosk according to the daily checklist (Shift A and Shift C respectively)
● Maintain kiosk cleanliness throughout service — surfaces, blenders, equipment
● Ensure the kiosk is always presentable — flowers, signage, counter cleanliness
● Complete written shift handover notes for the incoming shift
Quality Control
● Taste and visually check at least 2 shakes per shift — verify taste, texture, temperature and presentation match Badan Fact standards
● Verify pancake quality at the start of each batch — texture, colour, portion size
● Flag any product quality issue to management immediately with a photo via WhatsApp
● Ensure all team members follow recipes and quality standards without exception
Stock & Reporting
● Monitor frozen sachet stock levels throughout the shift and flag shortages proactively
● Coordinate restocking runs with storage — only during overlap windows, never leaving kiosk unattended
● Conduct or supervise daily kiosk inventory (Shift C)
● Record daily sales figures and compile the written daily sales report — sent to management at end of Shift C
● Flag any significant sales variance with a short note
