Shop Keeper / Retail Staff
We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and customer-focused Shop Keeper / Retail Staff to take care of our retail area and provide excellent service to our customers.
The ideal candidate has previous retail experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and a positive attitude. You should be confident communicating with customers, well-organized, and able to take initiative in maintaining the shop and supporting daily retail operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Take care of the retail area and ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well presented.
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service.
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases.
- Actively support sales and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Handle customer questions, requests, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate product displays and ensure products are properly stocked.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor or management when items need to be restocked.
- Assist with stock counting and basic inventory checks.
- Process customer purchases and handle payments accurately.
- Ensure products are properly arranged and presented according to company standards.
- Support opening and closing procedures for the retail area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop throughout the shift.
- Communicate important customer feedback, stock issues, and operational matters to management.
- Support other retail-related tasks when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Good customer service and sales skills.
- Confident and friendly when communicating with customers.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and positive personality.
- Honest, reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing and available to be based in Uluwatu, Bali.
