Job description for Shop Assistant in Cikarang at PT Rentracks Cocreation Indonesia
We are ROU (rou-batik.com), a batik shop operated by a Japanese company.
We opened a new branch in Cikarang area and are looking for someone to help the shop and handle international customers.
If you have a strong interest in Indonesian culture, this might be the perfect opportunity to learn and pursue your passion and skills. We are seeking someone who can be our storyteller, sharing not only about our products but also our philosophy, Indonesian culture, and history.
[Job Descriptions]:
The tasks include but are not limited to:
◆ Shop Assistant
Communicate with customers, explaining our items and services, the background of batik, culture, etc.
Cashier duties
Cleaning the shop
◆ Inventory Assistant
Checking and managing our inventory stocks and reporting to management
◆ Social Media Assistant
When customers are not in the shop, you can communicate online, updating what's new and what's going on on social media
[Basic Criteria]:
- Female
- Basic English skills (Japanese or Korean skills are also very welcome)
- Good communication skills
- Responsible
- Passion for learning new things
[Working Time]:
9:00 - 18:00
4 - 5 days/week
(weekends included) *the shift can be adjustable
