BALI BAZA Hookah Lounge is looking for an experienced Hookah Master to join our team.
At BALI BAZA, we create a premium lounge experience where guests can enjoy high-quality hookah in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in preparing exceptional hookahs while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare premium hookahs according to company standards.
-Create and recommend tobacco mixes based on guests' preferences.
-Manage heat control and maintain hookah quality throughout the guest's visit.
-Prepare simple beverages such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, and other non-alcoholic drinks.
-Keep all hookah equipment, tools, and the work area clean and organized.
-Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
-Provide friendly and professional customer service.
-Help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Requirements:
-Basic conversational English is REQUIRED. You must be able to communicate with international guests, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable hookah flavors.
-1–3 years of experience as a Hookah Master or in a similar position.
-Strong knowledge of tobacco brands, flavors, and tobacco mixology.
-Experience with different bowls, heat management systems, and hookah preparation techniques.
-Ability to create balanced flavor combinations and adjust hookah strength according to guests' preferences.
-Friendly, responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Passion for hookah culture and excellent attention to detail.
