Job Description:
Prepare, set up, and serve premium shisha to guests in accordance with beach club standards.
Ensure excellent shisha quality, including flavor consistency, heat management, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all shisha equipment and service areas.
Provide shisha recommendations and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor shisha usage and proactively replace charcoal to ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow fire safety procedures and proper handling of charcoal and shisha equipment.
Manage stock of shisha tobacco, charcoal, and accessories; report inventory needs.
Coordinate closely with floor service, bar, and management teams to support smooth operations.
Handle guest feedback and resolve minor complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive, energetic attitude suitable for a beach club environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Shisha Specialist in a lounge, or nightlife venue is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of shisha preparation, flavors, and heat control.
Excellent grooming, attitude, and communication skills.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
