Job description for Shisha master at Long Play Restaurant Bali
We are looking for a Shisha Maker to join our team. Experience is a plus, but newbies are very welcome. If you are enthusiastic, willing to learn, and have a positive attitude, we will provide training to help you develop the skills needed for the position.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve shisha according to our standards.
Learn and maintain proper shisha preparation techniques.
Prepare and handle shisha tobacco, charcoal, and equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness of shisha equipment and the working area.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
Check shisha regularly during service and assist guests when needed.
Follow restaurant/lounge hygiene and safety procedures.
Support the team with other reasonable operational duties when required.
Requirements
No previous shisha experience required.
Willing to learn and be trained.
Friendly, responsible, and hardworking.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Able to work as part of a team.
Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
Hospitality or restaurant experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
