Job description for Shipment Supervisor at PT Exodo Ecommerce Innovasia

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery scheduling
Monitoring shipments and resolve any delivery or customs issues
Work closely with sales and warehouse teams
Liaise with third-party logistics providers and carriers to optimize cost and service performance
Support continuous improvements in logistics efficiency and customer service
Optimize transport planning in the most efficient way

Qualification:

Diploma/bachelor degree in Supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain as a leader team
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Have communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Excell, Google Spreadsheet
