Job description for SHE Staff at PT Indo Sultan Jaya
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma 3 (D3) in Industrial Engineering/Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering) or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a SHE/OHS/Environmental position, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Understanding of OHS and environmental laws and regulations
- Proficiency in OHS management systems
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possession of a General OHS Expert (AK3U) or OHS Officer certification is a plus
Job Descriptions:
- Conduct routine daily/weekly inspections of OHS and environmental conditions in the plant area
- Investigate and analyze the root causes of workplace accidents, occupational diseases, or environmental incidents
- Coordinate the implementation of OHS and environmental training for employees
- Ensure the availability and condition of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment
- Monitor waste, emissions, and other environmental aspects in accordance with regulations
- Prepare periodic OHS and environmental performance reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
