Karena pertumbuhan bisnis yang pesat, kami sedang mencari seorang Project Manager dan Service Manager yang mampu memimpin proyek dengan efektif serta menjaga hubungan dengan klien secara profesional.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with a portfolio of large clients as their main point of contact
- Translate client goals into clear project scopes, timelines, and briefs for internal teams
- Coordinate delivery across services: SEO, AI SEO, landing pages, web development, design, Google & Meta Ads, social media, and copywriting
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, and flag risks early
- Review work before it goes to the client to make sure it matches the brief and quality standards
- Prepare and present monthly reports and progress updates to clients
- Handle client feedback, change requests, and escalations professionally
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts with additional services
- Keep project documentation and client records up to date
Requirements
- 3+ years in project management or client service at a digital agency or consultancy
- Experience managing SEO, web, ads, and social media projects
- Working knowledge of SEO, web dev, design, ads, and content to lead specialist teams
- Strong communication with big clients (Bahasa & English)
- Hybrid from our Jakarta office
Nice to Have
- Understanding of AI search / generative engine optimization (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overview)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and ad platform dashboards
- Experience with WordPress-based projects
