What Will You Do?

Lead and supervise the service team during shifts
Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest experience are met
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues on the floor
Support staff briefing, training, and daily coordination
Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily operations

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience as a Service Supervisor / Service Leader in F&B for at least 1 year (preferred)
Good communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working on the floor and handling guests
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Can communicate in English
