Job description for Service Delivery Staff (Transmission Staff) at PT Comtronics Systems

Job Description:

Melakukan instalasi Link Radio, Router, Access Point dan Controller, serta melakukan konfigurasinya.
Memantau, mencatat dan melaporkan status perangkat pada jaringan
Berkomunikasi dengan customer terkait pertanyaan aduan & permintaan
Memantau dan memperbaiki hal-hal teknis di lapangan

Requirements:

Memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Staff IT atau bidang terkait
Pendidikan terakhir minimal SMK Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan atau bidang terkait
Terbiasa bekerja di lapangan (termasuk di ketinggian)
Memiliki laptop dan kendaraan pribadi (min. motor) & SIM aktif
Menguasai basic IT Troubleshooting
Familiar dengan perangkat-perangkat IT
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
Bersedia bekerja pada akhir pekan atau hari libur nasional
