Key Responsibilities:
- Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables efficiently and discreetly
- Reset tables with proper tableware, napkins, and condiments in a timely manner
- Support servers by refilling water, bringing bread or condiments, and delivering items when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors and service stations
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant area before and after shifts
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Cooperate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure excellent guest service
- Respond quickly and politely to guest needs when approached
Requirements:
- Minimum high school or vocational (SMK) graduate; hospitality or culinary background is a plus
- Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long hours and lift trays or bus tubs
- Team-oriented with a helpful and positive attitude
- Fast, detail-oriented, and committed to cleanliness and service quality
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
