Job Descriptions
- Responsible for reviewing service documents submitted by distributors and service personnel.
- Process after-sales inquiry forms sent by the call center.
- Analyze system service-related data, process and quote out-of-warranty requests through the system, and close the loop.
- Track the completion status of regional service indicators.
Requirement:
- Associate degree or above, able to read and write Chinese;
- Proficient in computer operation and office software.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in working with construction machinery.
- Willing to be placed at Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta
