Job description for Service Center Manager at PT Jakarta Digital Nusantara
- Supervise/monitor the daily operations of the service center division
- Manage strategy and service center team development
- Ensure that all claim tickets are not missed for processing
- Customer orientation
- Coordinate with the team to develop customer satisfaction
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree
- Understand/follow technological developments around gadgets or other electronic goods
- Able to work in teams or individually
