Job Descriptions:
- Menerima dan menangani kebutuhan service customer
- Membangun komunikasi yang baik dengan customer dan dengan bahasa yang mudah dipahami
- Mengatur jadwal service dan berkoordinasi dengan tim teknisi
- Memastikan pengalaman service berjalan dengan baik
Qualifications:
- Pendidikan minimal SMK / STM / SMA
- Pria, usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Service Advisor
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang teknis kendaraan EV
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan pelayanan yang baik
- Teliti, rapi, dan berorientasi pada customer
