🧾 Job Description:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Set up and clear tables before and after guest use
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns professionally
- Support opening and closing restaurant procedures
✅ Job Requirements:
- Minimum education: High school or vocational school (SMA/SMK)
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
- Previous experience working in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, spirits, and bar service is a plus
- Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
