The Outlet Experience Associate (Server) is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience during
daily operations by providing high-quality service, maintaining floor standards, and supporting
smooth floor operations. This role is critical in driving customer satisfaction (CSAT) through
proactive hospitality and efficient service flow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Offers authentic smiles and eye contact; uses the standard greetings.
- Guides guests to tables, explains outlet mapping, and introduces yourself by name.
- Executes Opening, Running, and Closing Checklists to ensure the outlet is always "guest-ready."
- Performs continuous "Clear-up & Clean-up" of tables (pre-bussing) and maintains outlet cleanliness.
- Learns customer names and regular orders to personalize the experience.
- Proactively suggests menu items, highlight LTOs (Limited Time Offers), and guides guests on how to order via POS or QR code.
- Monitors and tracks inventory levels for consumables (take away packaging, paper towel, etc), cutleries, and merchandise; reports low stock to the Outlet Experience Supervisor.
- Ensures accurate counting, usage, and reconciliation of key inventory to reduce stock variance.
- Consolidates and packs takeaway/delivery orders with high attention to detail (correct packaging, order items, etc).
- Conducts quality checks on products before serving to ensure they meet BAKED. visual and portioning standards.
- Actively listens to guest concerns, offers immediate apologies, and executes "Service Recovery" steps to ensure the customer leaves with a "feel-good" experience despite the issue.
- Completes assigned learning modules, including BAKED. Silo Academy, within required timelines.
- Applies learning outcomes consistently during daily operations.
Job Spesifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Hospitality/F&B background preferred).
- Proven experience in a high-volume F&B service role or retail environment.
- Deep understanding of service quality and inventory management at the service station.
- Proficient in ESB POS systems and following procedures.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and in an action-oriented manner.
- Disciplined, action-oriented, high personal hygiene, and a "feel-good" attitude.
