The Outlet Experience Associate (Server) is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience during
daily operations by providing high-quality service, maintaining floor standards, and supporting
smooth floor operations. This role is critical in driving customer satisfaction (CSAT) through
proactive hospitality and efficient service flow.
Job Specifications
● High School Diploma or equivalent (Hospitality/F&B background preferred).
● Proven experience in a high-volume F&B service role or retail environment.
● Deep understanding of service quality and inventory management at the service station.
● Proficient in ESB POS systems and following procedures.
● Strong communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, customer-facing
environments.
● Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and in an action-oriented manner.
● Disciplined, action-oriented, high personal hygiene, and a "feel-good" attitude.
Job Descriptions
● Delivers food/drinks using the F&B Service Sequences; ensures priority of beverages then foods.
● Regularly checks in with customers during service and at departure to ensure satisfaction and proactively prevent complaints.
● Executes Opening, Running, and Closing Checklists to ensure the outlet is always "guest-ready."
● Conducts quality checks on products before serving to ensure they meet BAKED. visual and portioning standards.
● Actively listens to guest concerns, offers immediate apologies, and executes "Service Recovery" steps to ensure the customer leaves with a "feel-good" experience despite the issue.
