Job Requirement:
- Experience as server in the hospitality industry.
- Undestanding Food & Beverages Health and Safety.
- Have strong Interpersonal, Communication, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, and Teamwork
Job Responsibility:
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and chairs throughout the day.
- Greet, introduce products and serve customers according to the standards. Proactive and sensitive in handling customer concerns.
- Maintain good relations with colleagues and communicate specific customer needs to relevant parties (bar or kitchen).
- Ensure customer experiences procedures base on SOS and SOP.
- Performs any other assignments as defined by the needs for the operation and/or as directed by superior.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
